Shift4 is making a $1,000 bonus available for new SkyTab merchant referrals!

What qualifies as a new SkyTab merchant referral?

A new SkyTab merchant referral (a “New Merchant”) is a business who:

Has not had a direct or indirect relationship for payment processing with Shift4 or its affiliates (collectively, “Shift4”) or referral partners in the 6 month period preceding the referral and is not an existing lead of Shift4 or its referral partners as of the referral date (an “Existing Merchant”);
Is not affiliated with, or in the same franchise with, an Existing Merchant;
Signs Shift4’s standard merchant processing agreement;
Processes at least $1,000 in live transaction volume with Shift4 within 120 days of the referral date;
Was identified by the referring party as a New Merchant referral in accordance with the referral process, which is explained below in the section called “How to register”; and
Meets all of the other terms and conditions for this bonus.

Who is eligible for the bonus?

You are eligible for the bonus if:

Neither you, nor any company you work for or are affiliated with, have an employment relationship with Shift4 or an agreement with Shift4 that involves referring, reselling, boarding, or otherwise facilitating merchant relationships for payment processing; and
You are not an employee or owner of the New Merchant or its affiliated entities, including any franchises or franchisees.

When is the bonus paid?

The bonus will be paid out to your bank account via automatic ACH deposit within 90 days of the date the New Merchant satisfies the bonus criteria.

How to register?

To refer a New Merchant, simply complete the referral form.

What other terms apply?

This bonus opportunity automatically expires December 31, 2023, unless otherwise extended by Shift4. Shift4 reserves the right to (i) withdraw or modify the bonus opportunity at any time, without notice, (ii) determine whether any particular referral or referrer is eligible for the bonus, and (iii) group successive referrals of “Related Merchants” together and pay a single bonus of $1,000 for such grouped referrals in lieu of paying multiple bonuses. A “Related Merchant” is a merchant who is an affiliate or part of the same franchise with another merchant.
